A 3.5 year PDRA position is available at Diamond Light Source, Harwell Campus. We seek to recruit an experienced data analysis scientist with knowledge of statistical analysis methods. The successful candidate will build on recent exciting results in the field of time resolved serial crystallography at Diamond and other facilities. The successful candidate will develop new approaches to analyse X-ray diffraction data from macromolecular crystallography experiments aiming to be able to robustly identify when changes in the data are significant and correspond to relevant changes in macromolecular structure. Embedded within the data analysis and macromolecular crystallography groups the successful candidate will have a background in statistical analysis and the development of software tools.
